How to Pay Your Invoice: Step-By-Step Guide

What you'll need:
- An active subscription to Unusual Activity
Login to The Customer Center
1. Head over to the following link to login to our customer center to see all of the purchases you have made: https://www.unusualactivity.live/contacts/sign_in
NOTE: You do not use your Unusual Activity login, once you reach the screen enter your email you purchased with and then it will send you a magic login link to that email. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
Accessing Subscriptions
1. Once logged in, you'll be met with the dashboard screen which will show any courses or communities you've been enrolled in. To see your subscriptions you'll need to click the 'My Account' tab on the menu on the left.
2. You'll then be brought over to your customer center profile, in which you'll see:
- Account details
- Subscriptions
- Orders
- Payment Methods
- Addresses
- Phone Numbers
Viewing invoices
1. Click the subscription that is titled 'Unpaid' or 'Past-due' to bring up the order details.
2. You'll be brought to the order details screen, where you'll see a complete breakdown of your order. At the bottom of all the display you'll see 'Due Invoices' with a button to the right titled 'Pay'.
You can also pay the due invoice with the large 'Pay Invoice' button at the top right of the page.
3. Once pay has been click the payment form will appear and autofill with your card details if they have been saved, if not fill your card details in and click continue.
4. You'll be met with a confirmation screen, once this is visible it means the invoice has been paid.
